What if I can’t retrieve my download?

If for some reason you have any trouble retrieving your download after purchase:

Firstly, any purchase is followed by an email to the buyer offering a link to retrieve any downloads. This link will be live for a limited time after purchase. This should provide enough opportunity to acquire any music files or downloads if for some reason the direct link after purchase should fail, or you lose your connection to the site. If you’re still having difficulty simply contact us here: downloadhelp@shotty.co.uk and we will make sure that you receive any downloads purchased from Shotty.co.uk by any means possible.
